What is the best website for venture capital directory?

How to raise capital for a business? I am an Internet entrepreneur. I want to find venture capital for my start-up. Is there any website that offer useful resources? For example, venture capital firms directory, database of angel investors, guidelines on preparation of business plans, etc? I prefer something FREE.

Where is the best place to find an investor? What r some strategies? I am not interested in contacting online venture capital firms coz they demand for project plans and end up doing nothing. I am from a small asian country and it is quite dufficult convenincing investors to come here. My business interestes are in productions such as mobile phones and computer assemblies. I need capital for my project? where can i find financiers with low / moderate interest rates. My project is portal development for job, realestate, studies, stock, loan, chemicals, cinema, article directory etc. My target market is india and i need funds up to 2 Million USD to build the websites and locate offices all over india. Rather than a Venture capitalist, i am in search of an NRI investor who will offer loan for interest rather than equity. I will do stage by stage investment and security is " i will start a company and it will be liable to repay the loan, and the company will run all my businesses. Regards I have already acquired around 150 domains a year ago and optimized to 60 domain names to make this business in to reality. I built portals on 3 of my domains and they get little traffic and no revenue at present. i need funds to market them especially performance based advertising and build a strong data base. I added my profile with requirements at go4funding(dot)com also. got a few investors also but their interest rates are quite high and they didnt responded properly on from 2nd or 3rd mail.
