Whats the difference between Real Estate ibanking and Real Estate Private Equity?

July 26th, 2008 Realestate Ibanking and or Investment Banking is where Investment banks help companies and governments raise money by issuing and selling securities in the capital markets (both equity and debt), as well as providing advice on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. Real Estate Private Equity is where you have private hedge funds and or angel investors that would like to invest in the real estate and or business. These are normally used as a secondary source of funds due to the higher percentages of interest and/or of the total profit. If I can help you any further let me know.
