What percentage rate that venture capital should cost?

If I try to get venture capital to start a small business. What percentage will I have to pay on average?

1. Venture capital usually buys a part of your business, it's usually not a "loan" with a set %, because they could do that buying corporate bonds.
2. They will probably want atleast a 30 percent equity stake.
